Lisa Resch, originally from Ohio, has called Washington DC home for more than 25 years. Her love of the area and its housing stock grew out of her own experience of lovingly renovating her 1913 home, which she shares with her husband and two children, in her Chevy Chase, D.C. neighborhood. Long before she became an agent, she worked in and around the housing industry, laying the foundation for her next career move.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of communication and marketing skills to Compass, having worked in the new home building industry with the National Association of Home Builders’ flagship Builder Magazine and with the EPA’s Energy Star Homes Program. Chevy Chase, D.C., volunteering and supporting Lafayette Elementary (previously serving as a board member and president of the Home and School Association) and Alice Deal middle school, Cap City Little League, St. Paul’s Shelter, the Avalon Theatre, the Chevy Chase Library, among others.

Known for her organization skills and attention to detail, Lisa has the ability to creatively, thoughtfully, and efficiently solve problems and bring people together.
