Melissa Wagar

Operations Director

Melissa Wagar, originally from Virginia, moved to Maryland in 2011.  She graduated from the College of William and Mary with a degree in Finance and brings accounting and analyst experience to her role in the Dana Rice Group.  She loves spreadsheets and enjoys automating systems and processes for the team.

Before moving to Maryland, she and her family enjoyed living in Virginia, North Carolina, Oregon, and Colorado where they fell in love with the Rocky Mountains.  Melissa and her husband have three daughters. She loves redecorating her home, hiking, trying new restaurants, and volunteering with their local church in DC.
