Sarah Lazarenko

Sarah Lazarenko is the Staging and Design Coordinator for the Dana Rice Group at Compass, where she brings a creative eye and detail-oriented approach to interiors and visual storytelling. With a background in advertising and marketing and a Master’s in User Experience Design, Sarah is excited to lean into her passion for interiors, thoughtful design, and creating spaces that feel like home.

Before transitioning into interiors full-time, Sarah worked in marketing and content production, building experience in project coordination, client communication, and creative strategy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and golden retriever, riding her horse, and thrifting or antiquing for unique pieces to decorate her apartment.
